Уровень реального валового национального продукта (ВНП) при естественной норме безработицы или максимально высокий уровень ВНП, который в действительности может быть создан имеющимися у общества технологическими, трудовыми и природными ресурсами (потенциальный объем производства). В случае превышения Е.у. ВНП безработица сокращается, а цены резко повышаются. При уровне более низком — наоборот.
